Payments made using a credit card or funded Paypal account will be immediately processed. Orders placed via e-check will take longer to receive as the payment must clear before we can process your order.

Return Policy and Cancellations
. Orders are processed immediately, therefore, no order will be canceled after it has been placed. If you refuse the shipment we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
Purchase Warranty
If upon receipt of your order you are not happy with it for any reason, please let us know at JD@jdsgiftshack.com. within 7 days and we will issue an RMA number and instructions on where to return your item(s). All products must be in the original shipping cartons with all the original packaging, instruction booklets and manuals. A copy of the packing list must also accompany the return. There is a 25% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. Plus consumer is responsible for shipping cost to send product back.
If any of these items are missing, there will be a replacement fee charged to the sender - amount of fee depends on missing item. All returns must be received within 10 days of the date shown on the packing list. All returns are subject to inspection and are returned to the customer if the items are not in resalable condition.
When merchandise is returned for credit or exchange, JD's Gift Shack will issue the original purchaser a credit refund of the original purchase price of the product, minus 25% restocking fee, and excluding our cost of shipping (if applicable) of the product to the customer. If any product is not in resalable condition, the product will be returned to the consumer. Consumer is responsible for all shipping cost.
This is a Purchase Warranty, therefore this warranty covers undamaged, unflawed and unused merchandise only. Damaged or flawed merchandise is covered by the Factory Lifetime or Limited Lifetime Warranty which is placed inside the carton with each item.
Returns
All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Customers may obtain an RMA number by email at JD@jdsgiftshack.com . Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. COD or postage due returns will not be accepted. After receiving your RMA number and returning your product, you will be credited minus 25% restocking, and excluding the original shipping charges (if applicable) incurred by JD's Gift Shack when shipping this product to the recipients address. For warranty coverage or replacement that is provided by the Factory Lifetime or Limited Lifetime Warranty, please contact the address on your warranty.

Sales Tax
JD's Gift Shack shall automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Texas and California and Nebraska
Each customer shall be responsible for sales taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
Shipping Information
Shipping calculations include the cost of packaging , and in most cases also includes insurance

We only ship to the lower 48 states.
Merchandise will be shipped within 2-5 business days of paid order received.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once item is shipped.
At the time of these listings, these products were in stock and ready to ship. Because our Distribution Center offers these items in other mediums, there is a remote possibility that the item may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with: an expected reshipment date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund.
